Rich Nardone

Rich Nardone was one of the most feared offensive guards and linebackers to ever wear a Warrior uniform.  A three-year starter, he was co-captain of the 8-0-1, 1962 Middlesex league co-championship team that President John F. Kennedy greeted at the White House.

An All-Star in both his junior and senior years, he also earned All-Scholastic Honors from both the Boston Globe and the Record American in 1962.

Former Wakefield High School and Lexington High School coach Lou Racca once said that in over 40 years of coaching football, “there are only three players I would put in the super category and Richard is one of those three.”
